Member Management

How to manage your organization's members.

Manage your community effectively with the Members section.

Viewing Members

Navigate to Members in the sidebar to see a list of all your members. You can view key details such as status, join date, and membership tier.

Member Profiles

Click on any member to view their detailed profile.

  • Personal Info: Name, email, phone, etc.
  • Activity: Recent interactions with your club.
  • Payments: History of subscriptions and one-time payments.

Invitations

You can invite new members by sending them a unique link.

  1. Go to the Invitations tab.
  2. Generate a new invitation token.
  3. Share the link via email or messaging.
  4. Track who has accepted the invitation.

Churn Risk & Engagement

The platform uses AI to analyze member activity and predict "Churn Risk".

  • Low Risk: Highly engaged members.
  • High Risk: Members who haven't attended events or interacted recently. Use this data to reach out to at-risk members and re-engage them.
