Learn how to login and navigate the Club dashboard.

Login & Onboarding

When you first sign up for Club, you will be guided through an onboarding process to set up your organization. You will need to provide:

  • Organization Name
  • Short Name (used for your public website URL)
  • Organization Type
  • Contact Information
  • Logo

Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, you will be taken to the Dashboard. This is your command center.

Key Metrics

The top of the dashboard displays vital statistics:

  • Total Members: The total count of members in your organization.
  • Active Events: The number of upcoming events.
  • Total Revenue: Current revenue from payments.
  • Churn Risk: An AI-predicted percentage indicating the risk of members leaving.

Event Calendar

A monthly calendar view shows your upcoming events at a glance. You can switch months to plan ahead.

Recent Activity

A feed on the right side shows real-time updates:

  • New member registrations
  • Payment receipts
  • Event sign-ups

Navigation

The sidebar provides access to all major features:

  • Dashboard: Return to the home view.
  • Members: Manage your member database.
  • Events: Create and manage events and series.
  • Calendar: Full-screen calendar view.
  • Communications: Send emails and manage campaigns.
  • Website: Build and customize your public pages.
  • Organization: Update settings and integration.
