  2. Create a new campaign.
  3. Choose a target audience (All Members, Event Attendees, etc.).

Smart Tokens

Personalize your emails using tokens:

  • [Member Name] -> "John Doe"
  • [Organization Name] -> "My Club"
  • [Event Date] -> "Jan 25, 2026"

Scheduled Sending

You don't have to send immediately.

  • Draft your email now.
  • Schedule it to be sent later (e.g., "Monday at 9:00 AM").
  • The system handles the timezone conversions automatically.
