Creating and managing events and series.

Create and manage events, courses, and schedules.

Creating Events

  1. Navigate to Events.
  2. Click "Create Event".
  3. Fill in details: Title, Description, Date, Time, Venue.
  4. (Optional) Set a price or make it free.

Recurring Events

For weekly or monthly meetings:

  • Select "Recurring" when creating an event.
  • Choose the pattern (e.g., "Every Tuesday").
  • The system will automatically generate individual event instances.

Event Series (Courses)

Use Series for multi-day courses or workshops (e.g., "10-Week Beginner Course").

  1. Go to Events > Series.
  2. Create a Series container with a title and description.
  3. Add individual events (days) to the series.
  4. Members sign up for the entire series at once.

Managing Attendees

On the event details page:

  • View the list of registered attendees.
  • Check people in as they arrive.
  • See payment status for paid events.

Calendar View

The Calendar tab in the sidebar offers a full-screen view of your schedule.

  • Toggle between Month, Week, and Day views.
  • Drag and drop events to reschedule (if supported).
  • Click an event to quick-edit details.
